Questions? Issues? Please call or e-mail us. Our representatives will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
Buying and selling shares
Most investors cannot buy shares directly from the Fund and will buy and sell shares in secondary market transactions through brokers. Shares are listed and traded on an exchange and can be bought and sold throughout the trading day like other publicly traded shares.
Minimum Investments
There is no minimum dollar investment but the minimum share purchase is 1 full share. Although generally purchased and sold in "round lots" of 100 Shares, brokerage firms typically permit investors to purchase or sell shares in smaller "odd lots," at no per-share price differential. Please check with your financial professional for details on your specific situation.
Fees and Charges
When buying or selling shares through your financial professional or broker, you will likely incur customary brokerage commissions and charges - there are some brokerage firms that offer commission-free trades for ETFs. Please check with your financial professional about your specific situation.
Additionally, the ETFs will have their own expenses and other charges that are listed in the prospectus.
How to obtain a prospectus
Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives and risks as well as charges and expenses of the ETF before investing. The prospectus contains this and other information and should be read carefully before investing. Call 1-844-4JPM-ETF or download the prospectus.
