Chris Cilenti

Prior to joining the Group, he was the Head of US Fund Services at Macquarie Asset Management overseeing a variety of private equity and hedge fund vehicles in the 40 Act space. Prior to joining Macquarie (via acquisition), he was a Managing Director at Central Park Group where he oversaw all aspects of fund and management company accounting, as well as financial reporting, and participated in the operational due diligence function at the firm.

Prior to joining Central Park Group, Chris was a Senior Associate within the Alternative Investments Assurance Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP primarily auditing private equity and hedge funds. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chris was a Senior Fund Analyst in the UBS Financial Services Alternative Investment Group. His responsibilities included fund accounting and operational diligence. He began his career at BDO Seidman, LLP as an auditor in the general practice group.

Chris graduated from Manhattan College with a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in the State of New York, and a member of the AICPA.
