Julien Allard, Executive Director, CFA, is a member of the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group. Based in London, Julien is portfolio manager within the Emerging Markets Debt team focusing on Local Currency Debt. An employee since 2011, he previously completed internships at International Monetary Fund (IMF) and in the Monetary Policy Strategy Division at European Central Bank (ECB). Julien earned a M.A. in quantitative economics and finance from Ecole Polytechnique, and a M.S. in management from HEC Paris.
