What are thematic ETFs and how do they work?
We share the basics about thematic ETFs and how they are employed in portfolios.

JPMorgan Global Equity Premium Income Complex ETF (“Fund”) will invest substantially all of its assets in the JPMorgan ETFs (Ireland) ICAV - Global Equity Premium Income UCITS ETF (“Underlying Sub-Fund”),which is an actively managed exchange traded fund that is listed on the London Stock Exchange and structured as an Irish collective-asset management vehicle constitutes as an umbrella fund with segregated liability between sub-funds with registration number C171821 and authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2011, as amended.
JPMorgan Equity Premium Income Active ETF (Managed Fund) (“Fund”) will be substantially invested in shares that correspond to the JP Morgan Equity Premium Income ETF (“Underlying Fund”). JPMorgan US100Q Equity Premium Income Active ETF (Managed Fund) (“Fund”) will be substantially invested in shares that correspond to the JP Morgan Nasdaq Equity Premium Income ETF (“Underlying Fund”).
JPMorgan Equity Premium Income ETF and JPMorgan Nasdaq Equity Premium Income ETF are a series of J.P. Morgan Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the Trust). The Trust is governed by the Board of Trustees, which is responsible for overseeing all business activities of the Underlying Fund.

As both the fund and the underlying master fund have less than 12 months of distribution, calculation is an annualised monthly distribution yield based on the sum of monthly distribution yields and is gross of withholding tax.

Blended approach is a hypothetical combination of 2 separate ETFs - 60% JEGA and 40% JPEQ - and is shown for illustrative purposes only, not available in blended vehicle. 12 month distribution yield has been calculated from 1 Jul 2023 to 30 Jun 2024. Calculation is based on the weighted sum of monthly distribution yield and is gross of withholding tax. For JEGA, as both the Fund and the underlying master fund is less than 12 months since inception (AU fund launch date 1st August 2024, underlying master fund launch date 30 November 2023), the underlying master fund’s yield has been used (gross of withholding tax) for the period 1 Jan 2024 to 30 Jun 2024.
