Based in New York, she is a portfolio manager focusing on the U.S. Rates and Inflation sectors. She is responsible for economic research on the US economy as well as rates and inflation portfolio strategies. An employee since 2015, Kelsey holds a B.S. in economics from Pace University and is a CFA charterholder.
