- Target less cyclical areas of global market – technology, healthcare, communications, business services, consumer
- No underlying management fee or carried interest with most investments
Secondary investments
- Diversified, LP-centric portfolios of small/mid-market buyouts, with no transaction-level leverage
- Tap into GP network for more restrictive opportunities where we add value
- Focus on both multiples of capital and internal rates of return
