Rachel Betton, managing director, is a member of the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group. Based in New York, she is a portfolio manager specializing in municipal high yield. Prior to joining the firm in July 2023, Rachel spent the last 10 years as a municipal portfolio manager at PIMCO. Before that, she was a municipal high yield and distressed trader at Morgan Stanley. She has a BA in College of Social Studies from Wesleyan University.
