Morgan, we assemble a full integrated team to serve the entire range of your investment and operational needs. At the center of your team is a J.P. Morgan client advisor. We are your key point of contact and responsible for ensuring that your client experience is seamless.
As client advisors, we strive to build a deep understanding of your organization's objectives so that we can be highly selective in delivering only the best of J.P. Morgan's research and investment insights that are most relevant to you. We truly pride ourselves on this close coordination with our clients. Through this partnership, your client advisor can help you or your organization to identify or structure investment portfolios that meet your specific return targets and risk tolerances.
Now, during the portfolio construction process, your client advisor will work alongside an investment specialist and together will help to translate your investment goals to our team of portfolio managers who will then construct an asset allocation and investment guidelines that achieve your long-term objectives. I'll now turn it over to Scott who will tell you about the role of a client account manager.
Hi, I'm Scott Rubin, and I'm a client account manager. As client account manager, we're the day-to-day contact from the onboarding through the life cycle of the relationship. We're here to answer your operational questions and help you get through your legal, administrative, and general servicing needs.
We partner with your J.P. Morgan coverage team to provide best-in-class client service and act as your liaison to the broader operations of the firm. We'll work with clients to put in place appropriate reporting and account level servicing through digital solutions like our Morgan Institutional Platform. Additionally, your client service team conducts periodic service reviews to get your input and insight into how we can improve and be the best service provider in the industry.
