Hi, I'm Blake Morris, a client advisor at JP Morgan Asset Management. At JP Morgan, we assemble a full integrated team to serve the entire range of your investment and operational needs. At the center of your team is a JP Morgan client advisor. We are your key point of contact and responsible for ensuring that your client experience is seamless.
As client advisors we strive to build a deep understanding of your organization's objectives so that we can be highly selective in delivering only the best of Morgan's research and investment insights that are most relevant to you. We truly pride ourselves on this close coordination with our clients. Through this partnership, your client advisor can help you or your organization to identify or structure investment portfolios that meet your specific return targets and risk tolerances.
Now, during the portfolio construction process, your client advisor will work alongside an investment specialist, and together, we'll help to translate your investment goals to our team of portfolio managers who will then construct an asset allocation and investment guidelines that achieve your long-term objectives. Hi, I'm Scott Rubin, and I'm a client account manager. As a client account manager, we're the day-to-day contact from the onboarding through the life cycle of the relationship. We're here to answer your operational questions and help you get through your legal, administrative, and general servicing needs.
We partner with your JP Morgan's coverage team to provide best in class client service and act as your liaison to the broader operations of the firm. We'll work with clients to put in place appropriate reporting and account-level servicing through digital solutions like our Morgan Institutional platform.
Additionally, your client service team conducts periodic service reviews to get your input and insight into how we can improve and be the best service provider in the industry. Now I'll pass things over to David Kelly to talk about insights.

Hello, my name is Igor Portman, and I'm the Spectrum Product Owner. Our business and investment solutions we manage for clients are run in our proprietary platform called Spectrum. Spectrum brings together our investment capabilities across products, including comprehensive risk management, investment analytics, trading, operations, and client service. Combining key investment and servicing functions on one platform makes us collectively smarter investors, more flexible and precise in implementing solutions, and helps us work together to better serve you our clients.
Spectrum is built on top of a robust data and analytics framework, which enables us to rapidly back test asset allocation and security selection ideas, recalculate portfolio characteristics in real time, and then implement those investment decisions by integrated trading functionality.
The investment engines on the platform are underpinned by a common research and collaboration capability bringing together qualitative and quantitative insights from research analysts and investors around the globe. This collaboration helps us recognize opportunities faster and incorporate those in clients' portfolios. Risk management capabilities are also directly integrated in Spectrum allowing portfolio managers and independent risk directors to monitor hundreds of risk and exposure metrics.
While our focus is always on investment performance, we recognize the importance of delivering client service excellence. We recently launched a digital client platform called Morgan Institutional. Our goal with Morgan Institutional is to create a platform with simplicity and convenience for our institutional clients. Morgan allows you to use your browser, your tablet, or your smartphone to access all the account information, including holdings, transactions, performance data, so your personalized portfolio leadership can quickly action processes, such as cash movement or account openings.
We also now are rolling out plan level and general account analytics to help clients evaluate and make excellent location decisions. With Morgan, our partnership is more transparent, efficient, and lasting.
