JPMorgan OEIC Funds
Important notice for online service users
From 01 March 2021, you will be able to use our new online service to make it easier and more secure to view your existing JP Morgan investments.
In order for you to use the new service, you will need to register your account again. Once complete, you will have immediate 24/7 online access to all of your JP Morgan investments. Please visit jpmorgan.myaccountonline.co.uk to access the new service.
In order to register, please have the following information to hand:
- Your investment account details
- Email address
- Valid UK mobile number
If you have any questions, please contact us on 0800 20 40 20. Please have your unitholder number to hand when you call, as you will be asked for it as part of our security checks.
Call our UK-based Investor Services team on 0800 20 40 20 (or +44 1268 44 44 70) with any questions you have. Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. If you are an existing client please have your account details to hand.
If you are a UK based client and wish to obtain a valuation of your account, you can select option 1 for an automated up to date valuation.
Telephone calls are recorded to ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations and internal policies.
We are currently experiencing varying call volumes and wait times are longer than usual. We apologise for the wait time and we thank you in advance for your patience.

Keeping in touch with our clients
If you are an existing client, it is important that you provide us with any changes to your personal details so that we can keep in contact with you. This includes your:
- Post address
- Email address
- Telephone numbers
Once you have registered your account online, you will be able to access our new webchat facility where you can speak to an associate regarding any account queries you may have.
Failure to keep us up to date could result in us not being able to carry out your instructions, and manage your account in the most effective way. Please call our Investor Services team with any changes to your details.
JPMorgan Investment Trusts
If you have any general enquiries relating to your JPMorgan Investment Trust please contact your provider in the first instance who should be able to assist you.
TR1 (Holding in Company) Notifications:
To notify a Company Secretary of reporting obligations under DTR 5.1.2, please send TR1 forms and notifications to firstname.lastname@example.org

Investment Trust Literature:
You can find soft copies of all the relevant literature on the individual Trust webpages, which you can download and keep. If you require a hard copy, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange this to be posted to you.
Historic Account Information:
If your JPMorgan Investment Trust was administered directly by JPMorgan prior to 2019, and you require details of transactions, please call us on 0800 20 40 20 or +44 1268 44 44 70.

Scams and fraud
