Michiko Sakai, vice president, is a portfolio manager within the Asia Pacific Regional team as well as a country specialist for Japan equities within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities team based in Tokyo. Prior to joining the Firm in 2013, Michiko spent almost four years as an assistant portfolio manager at Nomura Asset Management. Michiko obtained Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) at Queen's University in Ontario Canada. She is a Chartered Member of the Security Analysts Association of Japan (CMA).
