Luciano previously held roles at the firm's Corporate & Investment Bank where he was Head of Market Risk Management for Americas, as well as Head of Market Risk for Commodities, Currencies and Emerging Markets, Global Rates, Fixed Income Financing, and the Credit Portfolio Group, globally.

Luciano started his career at Chase in 1999 as chief financial officer for the local fixed income business in São Paulo. He joined the Market Risk team in 2002, covering emerging markets in Latin America and added coverage responsibilities in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia before moving into his full global remit beginning in 2013.

Luciano has a bachelor degree in economics, a Masters degree in Business Administration and Masters degree in Math Modelling.
