Jamie Kramer, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Multi-Asset Solutions, overseeing $400 billion in assets. She is a member of Asset Management’s Operating and Investment Committees. Previously, Jamie was the Global Head of Alternatives Solutions at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, managing $20 billion in hedge fund and alternative credit solutions. She founded J.P. Morgan’s Spark Venture, investing in diverse venture capital managers, and led the Sustainable Investment Leadership Team. As the former Global Head of Strategic Product Management, she drove innovation across asset classes. Jamie also created the Thematic Advisory Program, growing it to $20 billion in assets. She served as Global Head of Manager Selection for J.P. Morgan Private Bank, overseeing $200 billion. Jamie is the Executive Sponsor for Girls Who Invest, promoting women in investment management. She holds a B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, and is a CFA charter holder.
