Weiying Dong, executive director, is a portfolio manager within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities team based in London. She joined the team in May 2015 from Highclere International Investors where she worked as a research analyst and assistant portfolio manager. Prior to that, she worked in corporate finance at Macquarie from September 2007. Weiying obtained a B.A. in Economics from Cambridge University and is a CFA Charterholder.​
