Complaint Resolution

Investors may contact J.P. Morgan Asset Management for any complaints in relation to our funds or services. To contact the Hong Kong office of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, investors may either:

  • Write to our registered office at 21st Floor, Chater House, 8 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong;

  • Email to us at investor.services@jpmorgan.com;

  • If you normally deal directly with us, you may call J.P. Morgan Funds InvestorLine on (852) 2265 1188;

  • For intermediary clients, you may call Intermediary Clients’ Hotline on (852) 2265 1000; or

  • For Institutional Investors and Liquidity Investors, you may reach out to your designated client service contacts.

We will, under normal circumstances, endeavour to send an acknowledgement of receipt of the complaints to the relevant investor within five business days of receipt.
