Geoff Hoare, executive director is a country specialist within the Japanese Equities team within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities team based in Tokyo. He joined the team in 2007 to assist within the development of Behavioural Finance funds in Tokyo and was transferred to Hong Kong in March 2010. Later he was relocated back to Tokyo in September 2017. Prior to this, Geoff worked in the Investment Management Technology team where he was responsible for the development of the decision support and trading system. Geoff obtained an M.Eng. (Honours) in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the University of Bath.
