Jamie Kramer is Head of the newly formed Alternative Solutions Group for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In this role, she is responsible for our global hedge fund solutions and cross-alternatives investment businesses. She is a member of The Alternatives Operating Committee, The Asset Wealth Management Investment Committee and the founder and member of the Sustainable Investment Leadership Team.

Previously, she was the Global Head of Strategic Product Management for JP Morgan Asset Management where she led innovation and ongoing product management across all asset classes and distribution channels. She was the CIO of the Thematic Advisory Program, providing JPM's Global Wealth Management clients with innovative solutions. She created the program in 2010 and grew AUM to $20 billion. For nearly a decade, she served as Global Head of Manager Selection, overseeing $200 billion.

She holds a B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and is a CFA charter holder. She is on the executive committee of the Trustees Council of Penn Women and serves on the corporate leadership committee for the New York Women's Foundation. Ms. Kramer lives in New York City with her husband, two sons and two dogs.
