Harveer Bhalla, Executive Director, is a Portfolio Manager within the Global Liquidity business.  In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Managed Reserves portfolios. An employee since 2013, he previously worked as an intern in the Global Liquidity business.  Harveer holds a B.A. in economics from New York University. He is also a CFA charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
