Shari Schiffman is the Head of the Global Product Strategy and Development for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Her team works closely with JPMAM’s investors and client advisors to shape and position the product platform through competitive analysis, product training and differentiated product positioning.  

Shari has spent her entire career at JPMorgan, joining the Product Strategy team in 2014 as the Head of U.S. Institutional Product Strategy and then becoming the Co-Head of Global Product Strategy and Development in 2018. Prior to that, she spent over 10 years in J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services.

Shari serves on multiple committees across Asset Management, including the Global Asset Management Operating Committee, Client Operating Committee and Investment Committee. She also serves as the Co-DEI Business Executive Lead for Asset Management Americas. 

Shari graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from Binghamton University.
