Ogden Hammond is Managing Director and Global Head of Beta (Passive) Product & Business Development for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he is responsible for global product development and product management across mutual funds, ETFs, and other vehicles. Ogden also leads Business Development for the Beta business.
Prior to joining JPMorgan in 2013, he worked for McKinsey & Company in New York, where he was a core member of the North American Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance practices. Ogden led McKinsey’s ETF (Exchange Traded Funds) service line and co-authored “The Second Act Begins for ETFs” a widely-cited study of the ETF industry. He has been quoted in leading publications (e.g., Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, P&I) on ETF and asset management topics.
Ogden received an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, an MPP in Public Policy and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
