Cecilia Junker, CFA, managing director, is a portfolio manager within the Global Liquidity business.  In this role, she oversees managed reserves portfolios.  Previously, Cecilia served as a portfolio manager within the U.S. Fixed Income Group, specializing in asset-backed and commercial mortgage-backed securities.  An employee since 1987, Cecilia has also worked as a project leader and application developer supporting fixed income analytics and fixed income and equity trading applications.  Cecilia holds a B.S. in computer science and business information systems from Hofstra University and is a CFA charterholder.
