JPMorgan Chase has created a centralized military recruiting team focused solely on hiring veterans. Every military applicant receives a return call from a recruiter within five business days of application.
But we're not just promising to hire military talent—we are equally committed to providing veterans we hire with the resources and training they need to perform successfully in their initial jobs and to be positioned for success over the course of their careers.

100,000 Jobs Mission
JPMorgan Chase and other founding corporations launched the 100,000 Jobs Mission in March 2011, with the goal of hiring 100,000 military veterans by 2020. Together, the 100,000 Jobs Mission members have hired 92,869 veterans. Building on its early momentum, the 100,000 Jobs Mission recently announced a new commitment: hire 100,000 more U.S. military veterans. In total, participating companies plan to hire 200,000 by 2020.
The coalition members are committed to working together, sharing best recruiting and employment practices, and reporting hiring results. The 100,000 Jobs Mission is also working to expand the coalition with like-minded companies that are equally committed to hiring veterans and sharing best practices.
