Luke Sikora

He has spent the last 15 years as a venture capital and growth equity investor. Luke joined from Vulcan Capital, where he helped lead the Palo Alto based growth fund which invested into rapidly growing, private technology companies on a global basis. Prior to Vulcan Capital, he worked in the Menlo Park Office of Battery Ventures, where he focused on growth equity and buyout technology investments. Previously, Luke worked as an Associate at Pagemill Partners, where he advised technology companies on a wide range of financial and strategic matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and leveraged buyouts. Before joining Pagemill, Luke worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance and a B.S. in Accounting Information Systems from the University of Southern California.
