Richard Meth, managing director, is a portfolio manager and a member of the Senior Investor and Operating Committee on the Absolute Return and Opportunistic Fixed Income Team at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for commercial real estate debt investments. Throughout his career, Richard has specialized in structured, securitized, and portfolio commercial real estate debt and equity. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Richard was a vice president at Goldman Sachs Mortgage Capital where he was responsible for the origination of commercial mortgage-backed security loans. He has also previously held positions at Citibank, Heller Financial, Fleet Bank, and Chemical Bank. Richard holds a B.S. in finance and economics from St. John's University and an M.S. in real estate from New York University.
