Pete Klingelhofer, CFA, executive director, is a member of J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Multi-Asset Solutions team based in Columbus. He focuses on global fundamental equity and asset allocation research. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Pete conducted equity research as an analyst and portfolio manager for 18 years at the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS) and at Heartland Funds. During his tenure at STRS, he coordinated an emerging markets analyst portfolio and directed the research team’s regional and country allocation process before moving into an assistant portfolio management role for a $2 billion dollar large cap value fund. He started his career working as a geologist for GZA GeoEnvironmental Technologies in the environmental services industry. Pete earned a B.A. from Washington & Lee University and is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the CFA Society of Columbus and maintains Series 7 and 63 licenses.
