This slide shows the contributors to quarterly annualized GDP growth in the U.S. After the U.S. economy recovered rapidly in 2021 following the pandemic, growth has been normalizing but remains strong due to resilient consumer spending. In the table, we show each component's average contribution to real GDP growth from 2000 to 2024 and their contribution to growth in the latest quarter.
