### Topline

Benchmark Lipper Mixed-Asset Target Allocation Aggressive Growth Funds Index

Markets Investor sentiment improved during the second quarter as easing geopolitical tensions, resilient economic data and continued AI-driven investment supported risk assets. The Russell 3000 Index returned 15.44%; the MSCI EAFE Index returned 10.82%; and the Bloomberg US Intermediate Aggregate Index (USD) returned 0.47%.

Helped Equities led returns over the quarter, supported by contributions from U.S., international and emerging markets equities; fixed-income allocations also contributed.

Hurt Relative performance was primarily driven by manager selection, with European and U.S. equity managers modestly underperforming their respective benchmarks.

Outlook The second quarter highlighted the resilience of global markets despite lingering geopolitical risks. While higher inflation and monetary policy remain key risks, strong earnings, continued AI investment and resilient economic activity support our constructive outlook, reinforcing the importance of diversification across regions, asset classes and investment styles.

### Quarter in Review

The JPMorgan Investor Growth Fund (I Class Shares) underperformed the composite benchmark, the Lipper Mixed-Asset Target Allocation Aggressive Growth Funds Index, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The S&P 500 Index gained 15.20% during the second quarter as investor demand for AI beneficiaries remained strong, earnings were supportive, and markets digested the first policy decision under new Federal Reserve ("Fed") Chair Kevin Warsh despite a late-quarter pullback.

The Federal Open Market Committee left the federal funds target range unchanged at 3.50%–3.75% at its June meeting and struck a firm tone on inflation, emphasizing its commitment to price stability amid ongoing geopolitical uncertainty; the message was generally viewed as slightly hawkish. While risk appetite softened late in the quarter following the Fed's communication, strong earnings and continued investment activity continue to support the medium-term outlook.

Both international developed and emerging markets equities rose over the quarter. Emerging markets outperformed developed equities, driven by AI-related gains in Asia, particularly in Korea and Taiwan, although profit taking emerged late in the period amid elevated valuations and regulatory concerns surrounding technology stocks.

Fixed income markets delivered positive returns over the quarter, though volatility persisted as investors navigated shifting inflation expectations and an uncertain policy path, particularly after higher oil prices tied to escalating tensions in the Middle East.

### Looking Ahead

In the second quarter, markets proved resilient despite heightened geopolitical uncertainty. While the conflict in the Middle East weighed on sentiment early in the quarter, easing tensions, falling oil prices, and resilient corporate fundamentals supported a recovery in risk assets. We believe strong earnings, ongoing investment in AI infrastructure, and beneficial fiscal spending provide a supportive backdrop for global equities.

We remain cautiously optimistic on U.S. equities supported by strong corporate earnings and ongoing AI-related business investment. Across portfolios, we are focused on quality companies that can deliver strong earnings and generate healthy free cash flows. Our overall equity exposure stands at 88.0%, with 25.8% in international developed and emerging markets equities.

The portfolio maintains diversified fixed-income exposure across government, investment-grade and credit sectors, anchored by a sizable allocation to core fixed income. To that end, 9.5% of the overall portfolio is allocated to U.S. aggregate bond exposure. During the quarter, credit spreads tightened across both high yield and investment grade. The Fund holds 1.2% in U.S. high yield and 0.4% in sovereign emerging markets debt.

Geopolitical uncertainty in the Middle East and a more uneven growth backdrop remain key risks. However, ongoing AI-driven investment and supportive fiscal spending underpin our constructive view on risk assets, with expectations for global growth conditions to improve over the medium term. Our cash position was 0.8% at quarter-end.
