In order to access all of our content, there are a few requirements you need on your device.


Browser Settings

You may be having problems using the website because of your browser settings. Our site requires that you have JavaScript scripting and cookies enabled within your browser. To enable these two features, please do the following:
 
Internet Explorer:
  • Enable Cookies: From your browser's Menu bar, choose Tools, then Internet Options, select the Privacy tab, and set the slider to Medium High or below.
  • Enable JavaScript: From your browser's Menu bar, choose Tools, then Internet Options, select the Security tab, under "Security level for this zone" select Custom Level. Under Scripting, Active Scripting, select Enable.
Firefox:
  • Enable Cookies: From your browser's menu bar, choose Tools, Options, Privacy, Cookies, and check the box to "Allow sites to accept Cookies."
  • Enable JavaScript: From your browser's menu bar, choose Tools, Options, Content, and check the box to "Enable JavaScript."

Webcast Requirements

Your computer settings and firewall restrictions will have to allow video streaming to be able to view and listen to the webcasts.
 
Minimum specification:
  • Pentium Class CPU
  • 64 Megabytes of RAM
  • Minimum 800 by 600 resolution screen display
  • Sound card with speakers or headphones
  • A web browser supporting Javascript
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher

Your PDF reader settings may not allow the PDF to be shown within the page.
  • In this case your PDF reader will have opened its own window or tab containing your document.
You may not have a PDF reader installed.

  • A common PDF reader is Adobe Reader, which can be installed here.
Your browser’s security settings have prevented it from opening.
  • Look for an alert from your browser asking for permission to open the document.
  • These are usually at the top or bottom of the browser window.
