Scott Bush is a Managing Director and, in 2017, was asked to serve as Market Manager for the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Bush leads a team of professionals who provide wealth management advice, strategies and services to successful individuals, family offices, foundations and endowments across Florida.
He joined J.P. Morgan in 2011 and previously led the St. Louis Private Bank office. Prior to that, he co-founded and launched WhiteHawk Capital, a hard asset private equity firm, with the Hunt Companies out of El Paso, Texas. Before that, he served as CEO and President of Maritz Performance Improvement Company, a division of the privately-held St. Louis firm, Maritz Inc. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles with TWA , The Overseas Private Investment Corp., J.P. Morgan, Hambrecht & Quist and Bush O’Donnell. He also served as Director of Special Placement in the Office of Presidential Personnel at the White House.
Mr. Bush holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Yale University. Among his honors, he was named a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute, a principle-based leadership fellowship, and remains active in the Aspen Global Leadership network. He founded the Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship in 2017 and also serves as Chairman of the Danforth Center Leadership Council and as a Board member for Fair St. Louis.
