As of 3Q21, the aggregate value of deals greater than or equal to $1.5 billion is $147 billion, which is well above the full year 2020 figure of $110 billion. Additionally, while the aggregate value of deals under $1.5 billion have yet to reach 2020 levels, the number of deals has already surpassed that of 2020.
