In her current role at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Joanna Lazarides’s responsibilities include talent management and retention, compensation planning, employee relations resolutions, performance management, organizational restructuring and change management.

She has held several Human Resources positions with the firm, including Human Resources Business Partner for Global Wealth Management Technology and Operations, Human Resources Business Partner for Asset & Wealth Management Technology and Operations, and Head of Human Resources for the U.S. Private Bank.

Joanna holds a B.S. in Education from the State University of New York at Cortland.
