Legal documentation to read before investing
Before investing you should always be aware of the investment risks involved and read all the relevant legal documentation relating to your planned investment.
There are two sets of mandatory documentation to read. The first set relates to the specific investment such as an OEIC fund or an investment trust. The second set relates to how you will hold the investment (for example within an ISA).

You should, of course, only consider investments that are right for you. If you are in any doubt about the suitability of an investment, please speak to an independent financial adviser:
The value of your investments and the income from them can go down and up, and you may not get back as much as you paid in. Tax benefits and liabilities depend on individual circumstances and may change in the future.
