Jennifer Wu
Chief Global Sustainable Investing Strategist
Jennifer Wu leads the firm’s strategic effort in building a global sustainable investing platform. She is a member of the Asset Management Operating Committee and chairs the Sustainable Investing Oversight Committee. Jennifer is also a member of the JPMC Firmwide Environmental Committee.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Jennifer led the development of BlackRock’s Sustainable Investing strategy after serving as Head of Corporate Strategy and Development for Asia-Pacific. Before that, she worked for the Asian Development Bank in the energy sector of the Central and West Asia Department responsible for energy infrastructure projects and policy reforms. Before that, she served as Managing Director in the Strategic Development Group of CLSA Limited, responsible for acquisitions and strategic partnerships in Asia-Pacific and Europe. She started her career in equity research and venture capital investment, focusing on technology and renewable energy.
Jennifer received her Master of Science in Economics from the University of Edinburgh in the UK as a Chevening Scholar and her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the National Cheng-Chi University in Taiwan. She enjoys hiking and trail running, and has completed multiple races in Europe and Asia.
